Steve Fooks, once the youngest member of Powersludge, was an energetic, carefree individual, who listed his heroes among Dimebag and Zack Wylde.  His ability to easily learn new ideas and his sense of groove made him an important part of Powersludge.  Having worked in the past with groups like Bippy and playing events like Donalda's Own Rock Weekend, gave him an excellent starter platform to work with a group like Powersludge.  Unfortunatly, Steve and Powersludge parted ways June 1, 2008. He was replaced by Matt Jarmin (Last Call, Electric Indian) shortly thereafter. 

Gerry Hixx

Bass, Backing Vocals

Gerry Hixx was a character to say the least.  From his damn near trademark "dropped yer pocket!," to his "CrabWalk" bass style, Gerry was always the first one up for a good time.  From BC, Gerry cut his teeth on the road with Slow Daze, always finding something musical to keep busy.  Keeping busy is something Gerry is all too good at, unfortunately, which sometimes left him in a part time position in the Powersludge camp.  When not working with Powersludge, Gerry could be found on tour with whatever oilfield outfit was currently screaming for welders... Gerry was officially replaced by Robin Fooks (Steel Wheelchair) in October of 2007.
